I spent 10+ years in the trenches of global supply chain — managing $92M manufacturing plans, cutting backorders by millions, leading teams across international markets, and ultimately serving as Chief of Staff to a Global Practice Leader at IBM.

I loved the work. What I kept noticing, though, was how many talented supply chain professionals were stuck — not because they lacked skill, but because they lacked the frameworks, support, or clarity to lead at the next level.
